Propane For TrucksThe Fastest Way To Destroy Your Diesel Engine

The title that I have given to this article might be a little deceiving. In this article I am going to talk about the benefits of a feared power enhancer for diesel engines. The one that I am going to talk about is propane injection. Most propane injection systems offer power increases of 80 to 100 horse power on diesel trucks, and about 40 to 50 horse power on diesel cars. It also gives an equal or greater amount of torque. That is quite a power increase. The fear that most people have is that they will over fuel their engine with propane which would cause costly damage. The propane systems that we run are not adjustable and run off of a vacuum draw which will draw the correct amount of propane that your engine can use safely. Also our systems contain a vaporizer which will not allow liquid propane to enter the system. This eliminates the possibility of a liquid surge which would cause serious damage.

The Fact is that if the propane system is installed properly it can be very beneficial to your engine. Propane is a higher octane fuel than gasoline or diesel fuel, and it will burn slower and longer which will increase power and economy. Also, most diesel engines only burn 75% of their fuel. If you run diesel fuel with propane, your engine will actually be able to burn 100% of its fuel. That alone will increase fuel economy and power because your engine is burning all of the fuel instead of just a portion of it. Propane also breaks down carbon build up in the engine, which will reduce wear and tear on the engine. Propane also doesn’t dilute the engine oil, which in turn often lengthens oil change intervals.

When running propane, the same amount of diesel fuel is injected as usual. It uses less diesel fuel though because the use of the propane allows for a more complete burn. You also have to use less pedal to achieve the same speed because you are adding more power. It really doesn’t give a super big mileage gain, but if you figure it all out, it will actually cost a little less per mile to travel. Then you add on top of that the savings from reduced engine wear and tear, because with propane the engine won’t build up carbon. Also the savings from having cleaner oil, and extended oil change intervals, adding propane is well worth it. On top of all those savings, you end up with a considerable power increase.

One of the only drawbacks to running propane is that public propane stations aren’t as common as gas stations are, but you don’t have to worry about running out of propane and damaging the engine. If you run out of propane you can just keep running. Most kits have an on/off switch also, so if you don’t want to run it all the time you can just shut it off. So in conclusion, propane should not be feared. To the contrary, propane has many great benefits.

Propane For Trucks2010-2011 Economic Predictions For the "Average Joe"

Average Joe Prediction #1: The economy will slump into another recession by the end of 2010. This is double trouble for the Average Joe. You combine a slowing economy with high unemployment, along with the end of tax cuts and you end up with a situation that will squeeze the middle class. To combat this problem, focus your effort on keeping a reserve of cash on hand, as well as current or future sources or ideas of generating extra income quickly.

Average Joe Prediction #2: The stock market will gyrate in wild up and down swings with mostly sideways movement, perhaps ending 2010 at the 8000-8500 level. The 2011 market may trend lower, to perhaps the 6000-6500 level by year end 2011. Media will not admit to continual signs of economic weakness and hope for a return of a bull market. People like “Cramer” on TV will insist the market is oversold and that now is the best time to buy.

For the Average Joe, you may want to consider investments that include financial stocks supported directly or indirectly by the government. These may be the only safe havens that can provide returns. Small and mid-capped stocks might get thrown under the bus since they do not have the strength to combat higher taxes, health care reform and slow markets.

Average Joe Prediction #3: Oil prices will go up, and gas will end 2010 at .25 per gallon on average, while 2011 will yield prices at the -.00 per gallon level. This might seem high, but considering the current BP disaster, the government in conjunction with the oil industry, will start price hikes for a number of reasons. The biggest reason will be to help pass legislation on cap and trade, to pressure the public that alternative energy is the best way to go. The other factor will be the BP disaster, and its inflated effect on the oil markets.

The rug will be pulled out from under the Average Joe in this case, with price hikes taking people by surprise. A good hedge for this problem is to simply conserve fuel by purchasing fuel efficient vehicles. 30 to 40 miles per gallon sub compact cars, as well as car pooling can keep this item in line on your budget.

Average Joe Prediction #4: Possible changes in currency/dollar value. In this case inflation or deflation may be the outcome by 2011. For the Average Joe, you can prepare for this scenario by forming alliances with other people and businesses that like to barter or trade goods and services, rather than paying for them with devalued or overvalued dollars.

It depends on your type of work for which you are going to buy your forklift truck. There are lots of forklift dealer where you can go for buying new forklift as well as old ones for you. But it is very important that you go for a good research when you go for buying either gas forklift or any other used or new forklift. Well, there are people who go for forklift rental as well.
The main secret behind the success of gas forklift is that it emits very low noise when you operate it. It also helps in reducing emission of carbon monoxide when you go for comparing with propane forklifts. There are also many safety benefits that are associated with gas forklift. So, these are some of the important reasons of the benefits of a gas forklift. You might also know that it has a low carbon fuel that helps to work in any place.

Propane For TrucksFun At The Whistle-Stop Barbecue Festival!

Lightning BBQ Festival this year was fun. I love grills and smokers, and many in the parade almost made me want to buy one and press the BBQ circuit. Some were painted black, a bit 'of stainless steel and all had one that looked like a big egg on wheels that was painted blue.

One thing all these fantastic grills had in common was that all the cooks use wood or charcoal for cooking the meat! No grills or queerGas grills are allowed in this competition. These are real men and women who have traveled the country with its pots and pans hanging meat behind their trucks. I bet that their ancestors worked the cattle drives on the old Chisholm Trail to the west and meals cooked over an open fire built on old pieces of bison.

I had visions of the arrival of a cook-off after another until I discovered the amount of such costs in steel monsters! Most of these began a minimum of $ 5000 and went from there! Up! Thedoes not take into account the need for vehicles of these networks in the country, the color coordinated and everything!

Grills of all sizes and description lined the intersection of the L & N tracks in downtown Huntsville, Alabama. This area is designated as a historic site and has hosted some of the best BBQ creation. I was almost salivating at the sight of all the grills and smokers unusual, not to mention the wonderful scents offour categories being judged, barbequed ribs, chickens, pork and beef brisket, that were sizzling in their own juices.

There were competitors from Texas, Tennessee, California and North Carolina, in addition to eleven other states. These were folks who follow the barbeque tour, piling up points to be considered for the national title later in the year.

For back yard grillers like myself, there was a “backyard” division made up of amateurs who just love to cook meat in the open air. I didn’t enter this year because even at the non-professional level, it takes a lot of preparation to be ready for this event and by nature I’m a lazy man, not given to anything that appears to be too much like work.

Since most of these professional barbeque chefs came from other states, they had the “big rigs” of barbequing. There was one that was so beautiful it almost made tears come to your eyes.

There before me was a huge 12 foot long black grill shaped like a propane tank, resting on a black steel meshed bed attached to a dual axel trailer that had chrome fender wells. There were dual chrome pipes possibly stolen from a Peterbilt or Mack truck that graced either side of the grill itself. It was a wonderful sight to see clouds of hickory smoke boiling out of these four smokestacks as its truck driver owner fired up the logs in the pit.

All gauges, handles and trim work were of polished chrome, matching the smokestacks and wheel wells of the trailer, which perfectly matched the large black, dual wheel pickup truck that hauled it to various competitions around the country. The glittering chrome on ever accessory is what really sold me on this rig.

All around me were elaborate barbeque grills and smokers which had to have cost their owners a bundle of money. One toy that caught my eye was an actual log cabin built on a trailer with a grill on the end of the porch. The cabin itself was a concession stand where they sold barbeque condiments. Practically every contestant had their own spices to make their sauces or barbeque rubs, making each booth a little more special than the last.

Some of the barbeque rigs had sponsors for their roaming barbecue cookers displayed in banners overhead or even painted on the truck and trailer. There were familiar logos of some of the most well known outdoor companies, selling ever thing from charcoal to camping equipment.

By the end of the day I had seen enough to know that I’ll probably not be joining those barbeque geniuses on the road to the next competition. I left the cook-off smelling of barbeque smoking and with a tummy full of satisfaction.

Propane For TrucksTexas Natural Gas Co. 1950 Benedum Plant

Texas Natural Gas Co. has come to Upton County, Texas in 1950. We chose a place to build a natural gas processing plant 17 miles north-east of Rankin. Men and equipment were at the site has never seen the numbers.

The design of the plant was built in seven stages, starting from the engine room. The floor of the engine room and the side wall were cast with cement mixed by hand most of the time. The base engine is poured and prepared for the engines. Morewere9 engines – engines of 880 hp with Clark – and 660HP 440HP. The engines are mounted, the first section was lifted from the bed and cemented in place. The crankshaft is added to the block and the cylinder. Head of the piston and rod took to complete the process.

The cylinders of the compressor is added to the rear of the engine. Not all engines have the same type of compressor in it. There were four types of compressors to be installed, low-stage, second stagehigh-stage compressor and propane. The pressure on these cylinders from 35 input stages of low discharge pounds to 800 pounds in the previous phase.

While the team have worked in the engine room crew were another type of format for the foundations of the towers to be built. The first round was in the buffer gas, the gas entered the bottom and reached the summit, while riding on top of the tower, oil, fat or oil # 2 diesel was flowing, taking all the roomsThe heavy fractions of the remaining gas was methane gas, which is what burns in our homes.

The gas then went to the deethanizer same process was followed by absorption, this time of ethane was removed and the rest of the big guns went to the next round.
The gun went propanizer Propane, where he was kidnapped as he went to where the fuel before butanizer went from the bottom and butane and butane ISO went up.

Methane andethane have been different lines and sent to different places. Propane, butane, butane and iso gsaolene were tucked into the tanks and then loaded onto trucks and taken away.

Oil heaters were placed on the west side of the plant further away from the tower. Hot hot hot place to be pumped into the towers again in an endless cycle.
Generator room were four generators in it. There were three Ingersoll Rand Coopers and power generators. They were at the center of the plant, when we left the line usually meant the plant has been reduced and the hard work was evident to everyone.

The cooling tower was 50 meters high and 300 meters in length have been five large fans to cool the water. The hot gases are pumped through the coils to cool and grind into a liquid phase.

There were four boilers of the plant to serve as a source of heat during the winter to keep pipes from freezing and heat bit 'of water and productsbefore shipment.

The cog railway was on the east side of the plant. The cog railway tank car could HOLD1 small cars and giant 8. Meeting held regular cars about 13,000 gallons of propane or butane, while Jumbo cars instead of 30,000 liters. At one point the plant was sending more than 300,000 gallons of propane per day outside the factory Benedum.

There were five holes in the site is used for propane underground. These wells were drilled in the world to store the products in this way.The well has a total capacity of 65 million gallons at a time when there was no demand for propane gas
And there were more than 300.00 gallons of propane per day are burned by the flame to the ground, the flame could be seen for miles.

The company has built houses for men and their families who work there. They were mostly two-bedroom house with garage and 6 houses with 3 bedrooms. Altogether there are 24 houses built on the site. A local businessman out Rankin was awarded the contract for thebuild them. In 1967, the company sold the homes of employees who live in the homes of $ 250.00. Employees have had to buy a lot in place of their choice and pay to move to a new location. Sixteen families from their homes in Rankin, 8 were in Big Lake.

The family soon became involved in their communities and settlements to make a difference. Some have become firefighters, city council members, school board members, mayors, members of the board of the hospital, and the Lions ClubStates.

Benedum system is still operational, but belong to a different company, which has long been a hot oil system, but a system that uses cold instead of heat and a turbine rotating at 85,000 rpm to separate the product Cryo. This is a skeleton of what it was, but still proud.

Propane For TrucksDeep Fry Turkey Instructions – How to fry a turkey safely

Frying a turkey can be fun and delicious. It can also be dangerous. Here are some fried turkey instructions to ensure that the experience is fun and safe way to fry.

Make sure the burner is level.

Make sure the burner is level and smooth functioning of the security is the key to fry a turkey. If the burner is level and stable, able to overflow the pot when you put the turkey in the floods and fires.

You also want to make sure you have configured yourBurner according to the instructions. All connections are correct and the connection to the propane is carried out as directed by your recorder. Again, this is a need for security measures.

Thaw the turkey completely

You must ensure that the turkey is completely thawed. When the ice hits the hot oil causes a reaction ~ sparkling, popping and burning flood. Yes, the ice hits the hot oil can cause a fire.

Making Turkey has plenty of time to defrostincluding inside. Oil will come to Turkey in the cavity, so that the turkey is completely thawed.

Do not overfill the pot with oil.

I think the biggest mistake people make. To fill the pot with the oil and forget to take into account the displacement of oil when the turkey is placed in when you put the turkey in the oil level increases. If you have filled the overflow oil overflows. If the pot is overflowing and a fryingTurkey, which will make a great fire. Not only oil spill catches fire, but the boat catches fire.

Be sure to measure the amount of oil you need.

Be sure to turn off the recorder when you put the turkey in Add the turkey in oil slowly and carefully.

Attention oil cooling.

Just because you're frying a turkey does not mean that the danger has passed. The hot oil is still very dangerous until it has cooled completely. Make sure that all animalsand children have no access to hot oil.

It 'a dangerous time, because you're probably going to enjoy your fried turkey and not watching the pot of oil. This allows time and opportunity for animals and children to interact with the pot of boiling oil. Make sure the oil is in a place where pets and children can not touch, and not wanting to tip over and spill it on themselves.

Powered electric forklift smoke-free, his life is more than the others, does not make the cost of noise pollution and maintenance is very low. The advantages of electric forklifts are as follows:

Non-electric forkliftssmoke-free, environmentally friendly. Forklift fuels emit harmful gases, and therefore rarely used for work, but within the electric-powered forklifts are used primarily at home, as always, do not emit truck propane trucks are used in the interior, but only with adequate ventilation.

Fuel

Electric forklifts require no fuel and is therefore one of the most positive. Since there is no fuel for spacenecessary for the fuel can be reduced because the truck is becoming an increasingly smaller so that it takes to maintain it. Not only is it cheaper to use, but a long life.

The life of electric forklift trucks is higher than the fuel. These trucks are used in a clean and easy to maintain. The life of electric lift trucks do not end with the end of the life of a cell battery canbe replaced.
Maintaining this type of lift is very small. These trucks are few moving parts resulting in maintenance costs. But if the holder of the fuel, the maintenance cost is higher because it works with fuel and the fuel must be purchased by spending money, butFuel electric lift truck is not necessary, the only cost associated is to charge the batteries.

Noise

Electric forklift trucks do not sound unlike fuel. In forklift trucks powered by fuel is a great noise of internal combustion, but in this there is no combustion forklift, so it makes a lot of noise. The noise of these vehicles is very low and can not be of concern.

Therefore, electric forklifts are advantageous fuel powered forklifts in different ways. They are a boon to human society as the environment and lower maintenance costs have led to greater organization. Also, are long compared to other types of forklifts.

Propane For TrucksMoving Company Checklist and Non-Allowables

Before the removal company, make your move, you should have a list of moving company in your hand. This will help you through the process of getting your home for your business in motion.

The list should be what you will do before the transfer actually show your home to begin the transfer. It can be as simple as a list of reminders that you need to do before you move or there may be a weekly list of what you have to do every week. This is particularly importantIf packing yourself. As can be programmed individually or in combination of elements and their progress in moving days, not packaging.

For example, a week can be made to erase images on the walls. It 'a good start, because if you have to climb to win the boxes of photos to take, not only can damage images, but can also damage. After that you need to be organized according to sizeso that it can be combined when packaged. This way you can decide if you really want to take any pictures with you in your new home.

In two weeks you may notice that you must get all the pots and pans so you can start to fill large boxes with these items, sometimes clumsy. Just be sure to sort the items is necessary before the move and use this time to address all the items you want to discard. Then continue on each week until it fills the housepaper and has a sort of road map from start to finish.

Another thing to consider are the elements that can not move or ineligible. If you have a list provided by the engine, you can put in a separate battery to be donated or discarded. Some of these items are perishable products such as frozen foods, which melts during a move. Then there are the dangerous elements, such as propane tanks. As the driver says he has enough gas in thethe truck and no longer needed. They do not move charcoal lighter fluid, bleach, car batteries, paint thinner, motor oil, or similar ones. In other words, these items in case of overheating can ignite or explode.

There are other elements that should not be moving the motor in case of problems in moving van or truck. These elements would be of personal importance or sentimental items that are irreplaceable, such as photos and wedding albums. Youwould not want to lose your jewelry or any stocks or bonds you may have. Financial documents should not be packed, especially if they may give someone access to your checking accounts or your social security number.
